Terms of Service
Effective date: July 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of BigBreak, a job-search assistant that finds roles, prepares application materials, and helps you contact hiring teams. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
BigBreak automates parts of a job search on your behalf: importing roles, drafting cover letters, answers and outreach with AI, filling application forms, and discovering publicly available hiring-team contact details. You stay in control — applications are submitted and messages are sent only when you approve them.
Your responsibilities
- Accuracy. Applications and messages are sent in your name. Review AI-drafted content before approving it; you are responsible for what is submitted, including the truthfulness of your career information and answers.
- Account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Acceptable use. Don’t use BigBreak to spam, misrepresent yourself, apply on behalf of someone else without authority, harvest data, or violate any law or third-party terms.
Third-party platforms
BigBreak interacts with employers’ application systems and public data sources. We don’t control these platforms; their availability, behavior and terms may change at any time, and a submission is only complete when the employer’s system confirms it. BigBreak is not affiliated with any employer, ATS or job board.
AI-generated content
Drafts are generated by AI from the information you provide. They may contain errors — that is why every submission and message requires your review and approval. We make no guarantee of interviews, offers or responses.
Fees
BigBreak is currently offered without charge during early access. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be shown clearly before you are charged anything.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your career information and documents. We retain all rights to the BigBreak software and brand. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you have paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of employers and third-party platforms.
Termination
You may stop using BigBreak and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted with a new effective date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@bigbreak.ai.
