Most application forms can be filled automatically. The ones worth applying to are also the ones defended by a CAPTCHA — which is why the last step happens in your browser, not on a server pretending to be one.
A reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha or Cloudflare Turnstile check scores the whole session, not just the tick box. Server-side automation fails that score and the submission gets flagged as spam — which costs you the application and, worse, your standing with that employer. So when a CAPTCHA is detected, everything is prepared for you and handed to the BigBreak Autofill extension. You open the posting, review, and submit from your own browser with your own reputation. It takes about thirty seconds.
Application forms are not simple. Ashby saves every field to its server as you type and validates that saved draft on submit, so writing all your answers at once makes the saves race each other and silently drop some — a form that looks complete and reports missing fields. Writes are paced apart to match how a person types. React-controlled inputs need a real input event or the framework never registers what is in the box. Fields that revert after a re-render are re-filled. None of this is visible when it works, which is the point.
The extension fills. It never submits on your behalf. You see the completed form, change anything you want, attach your résumé and send it yourself — and the application is marked submitted in your dashboard automatically so you are not keeping two lists.
Answer once. Apply in about thirty seconds per role, with the CAPTCHA-protected ones included.
