The note that gets your application read

Applying is table stakes. The reply rate comes from a short, specific message to the person who owns the role — sent as you, from your own address, and tracked so you know what happened to it.

Drafted from your history and the job

Each draft is written from your actual career history and the role's own description, so it names the thing about your background that is relevant to this job rather than restating your résumé. It is short on purpose. Nothing is sent until you have read it.

Sent as you

Your name is on the message and replies come back to you. They also land in an inbox inside the product, threaded against the role, so a reply weeks later is still attached to the application it belongs to instead of being lost in a personal inbox.

Tracked, and honest about it

Delivered, opened, clicked
Per message, so you can tell the difference between a message that failed and a message that was ignored.
Bounces are acted on
An address that hard-bounces is blocked automatically, rather than being quietly retried on the next run.
Replies stop everything
A reply cancels any follow-up scheduled to that person. So does a bounce, and so does sending something yourself.

Follow-ups that know when to stop

A short follow-up sequence is drafted at the same time as the original and scheduled, visible and editable, before it goes anywhere. It only sends if the first message was actually delivered and nobody replied. You can rewrite or cancel any of it at any point.

Stop wondering whether it landed

Draft, send, and see exactly what happened to every message.
